Occupational Therapy / Industrial Design

Working together with an occupational therapist we developed an assistive device to help Ryder, a 2 year old boy with cerebral palsy, handle a baby walker. With his condition he was unable to brace himself and his mother wanted give him the freedom to explore his surroundings. We created a supportive vest with the internal support he needed keep him centered and upright in the walker.
